Insurance & Superbills

If I am not in-network for your insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that clients may submit to their insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan.

Reimbursement is determined by your insurance carrier and is not guaranteed. I recommend contacting your insurer to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, deductibles, and reimbursement rates.

Individual or Family Therapy: $180.00/hr
